Cancellation of order

Failure to report unwanted goods within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
Should you have placed an order in error,please notify us as soon as possible and we will refund/cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Please email sales@muglamania.com straight away quoting the order number and clearly stating you wish to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund for any funds paid straight away.

Returns

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at [sales@muglamania.com]  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.Please quote your order number in all corrispondence

If you wish to return goods to us, or if you are asked to do so by our customer service team, Please make sure that when you return goods to us, please enclose information pertaining to the return.

The information we need is:

1. your name and order number.

2. Written confirmation of what items you have returned

3. Written confirmation of the reason for your return

4. Written request for either refund or replacement as appropriate.

5. Please also tell us whether or not you have already contacted our customer service team regarding this return.

 


If this information is not enclosed with any return we will not be able to process your return efficiently and you may experience a considerable delay before you receive correspondence, replacement, or refund.

We do recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery to ourselves to confirm the goods have been returned.

In the event that you return any Products to Muglamania Ltd in accordance with this section and  can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, Muglamania Ltd reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund or return the Products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

Muglamania Ltd makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.

Muglamania Ltd will inspect any item that is returned before making any offer to replace, reprint or credit - this process can take upto 7 working days to process.

Refunds for Return Postage costs for personalised products will be at the discretion and agreement of Muglamania Ltd.

Please ask for confirmation before returning any personalised item.

Once written confirmation is received by you please follow the procedure as stated below

When you return goods to us, please enclose information pertaining to the return. The information we need is:

  6. Orders must be returned in Full
  7. Any order not returned or receved in full will be subject to a prorate refund
  8. Refunds can take upto 14 days to process

Muglamania Ltd stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Personalised products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Muglamania Ltd takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
  • Sublimation printing of products is not a 100% colour reproduction print process.If you intend to use any item for retail/resale ,colour variation on printing may occur for which we can not be held responsible for.


Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Muglamania Ltd does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Delivery

Orders are generally shipped by Royal Mail or a signed for courier service depending on the size of the order.Any tracking number will be placed on youre account to show method of delivery.During Seasonal peaks,such as Christmas,delivery may be delayed due to demand but we still try to deliver within 5 -7 working days (please note Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days)

We generally use 2nd Class Royal Mail Service

International delivery - exemptions, taxes and surcharges

The customer takes responsibility for payment of all duties, taxes and customs charges pertaining to their order. Extremely rarely, in the event of unusually heavy orders going to overseas destinations, our shipping tariffs will prove insufficient to cover our costs. In which case we will contact you and request that you pay a postage surcharge to equal our specific shipping costs for your order. Should you choose not to pay that surcharge we will refund your payment in full and cancel your order. Should we receive no reply to this request we will hold your order for seven days and then refund your payment in full and cancel your order.

 

Damaged goods -

Please inform us within 3 days

Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days of receipt of your order by either telephone or email.

We will need you to explain clearly which item or items are damaged and we will refund the price you paid for the goods, or arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you.

If our customer service team asks you to return the damaged goods to us, you can do so at our expense by asking for a full refund on the return postage charges you incur

Incorrect or missing goods -

Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days of receipt of your order by either telephone or email.
If we have sent you the wrong goods, or if we have failed to send you goods you have paid for (without acknowledging the shortfall on your delivery note and issuing you with a refund), we will need you to explain clearly what you have received in error or what is missing. We will arrange to send out the correct goods straight away (or alternatively issue you with a refund) and ask you to return any goods you were sent in error .
